I would like to know why was Ace London in just one episode

I'm not sure we had any future plans for Ace. And (just to remind everyone) Tale Spin was not "seasonal." There was no 1st or 2nd season. It was a large order for 65 episodes... and that's it. To put that in perspective, that the same amount of animation (quantity, not quality) that was created for the feature films stretching from Snow White to Jungle Book. Only we did it in under 2 years. -Jymn-

It was probably because they made this character for the purpose of that episode. If the series had been renewed for a 2nd season, maybe they would have reused it.
