
The famous Disney comic artist Don rosa contributed to TaleSpin...
Some of you probably already know that the famous Disney comic artist Don Rosa, who gave us memorable comics like "The Life and Times of Scrooge McDuck", also wrote the scripts of two TaleSpin episodes : "I Only Have Ice For You" and "It Came from Beneath the Sea Duck".
These were actually the first two scripts written for TaleSpin; I couldn't find it, but I remember reading an interview, in which Don Rosa explained that he gave up after doing these two scripts, because doing scripts for TV wasn't "his thing", but he still loved working with the staff behind TaleSpin. He also said that while "I Only Have Ice For You" was heavily rewritten, the Disney staff retained pretty much everything from his "It Came from Beneath the Sea Duck" script.
There's also another thing you may not know : there's a TaleSpin cameo in one of his comics! More precisely, "The Island at the Edge of Time". That comic was released in 1991, and...
