History: Evita had a interesting but hard life as a foal, as soon as she was able to stand she was taken from her family in Britian and put on a ship headed to America. It was rough on the seas many horses that were boarded with her died from whatever causes, She was one of the few that was actually well taken care of she was weaned on the ship ride and groomed by the captains daughter. As soon as they hit land though Evita was seperated from her friend, and boarded onto the train to a part of America. Evita's first home was not as welcoming as the people on the ship though they were rough and abusive and down right dirty. Though even with the harshness she never fought back.
At 2 years of age she was sold to an elderly couple and their grandkids, the grandkids used her to learn how to groom and care for a horse. She was always given treats and love and life couldn't have been better for her. The family kept her for about a year or so before the elderly couple had died and the kids and Evita had to be seperated it broke Evita's heart to lose her family though at that point she was getting used to losing a home. Her next home turned out be a busy family who barely had time for her. She would be in a stall all day long till a few weeks later she was kidnapped by a couple of theives. The theives were no nicer to her than her first owners but she did not fight back. When Evita hit 5 years a band of dark skinned men stole her in the night to a village, Evita was terrifed at first but learned these men meant no harm and helped her more so than hurt her. She There she was broken and taken care of.
Evita had become great friends with all the people as well as animals in the small village and had become a favorite of the cheifs. Though the happiness was short lived as white men attacked the village, wanting revange, Before her eyes tepees were torn down and fires were everywhere Evita knew it was run or die running out of the village she found one of the foals a mile or so away tears in his eyes. It was Rusco he had lost his parents in the fire, Evita's heart cried for the foal and she decided to take young Rusco under her wing. The two of them together set out on a journey to find a new home where both would be safe and welcomed when things seemed hopeless as it had turned winter and snow covered the plains they came upon a village, a Lakota village it happened it to be the village that Rain and Spirit had once lived in, the villagers had welcomed them in with open arms feeding them and grooming them. Evita loved the the village mares and was always getting painted while Rusco would turn tail and hide when they brought the paint around him.
