Good news for NIMH fans on Animation Source--especially if you happen to be bilingual, that is!  XD  The English and French mirrors of The Secret of NIMH Source/Brisby et le Secret de N.I.M.H. Source have now officially been linked up! 

Approximately a month ago I asked steet, our webmaster, if it might be possible to do this, seeing as there are other established sources on here that link across the English-French divide.  He informed me (if I recall his explanation correctly) that, because of the way the two were built, it would be difficult to do.  But today, I received a private message from him indicating that he managed to pull it off!

Now, to be totally fair here, the French source has been up quite a bit longer, so there is more fan-made material on that side.  So I would like to encourage you to go on over and have a look, and maybe leave a nice comment or two on some of the works posted.  Many of the creators also speak English, so it shouldn't be a problem!  And I am sure they'll appreciate it! 

It's also nice to get a look at how they built their version of the source, and what material they included.  Of course, as I said, it helps if you can speak and read French, but some things transcend the language barrier.

I also noted to steet that I hoped this linking would encourage site builders and site boosters on both sides to cooperate, inspire, and share ideas.  And maybe crib some ideas as well.  Maybe members themselves, on both sides, might even get some ideas for new fan creations, articles, forum topics, etc.! 

You have three ways to head on over to have a look.  One way, like on the other Animation source pages which are linked up, is to go to the upper left-hand side of the source page, just below the source banner, and click on the appropriate flag (the French one or the American one), which will take you over to the corresponding source.  Another is to click on the banner in this news, which will take you over there.  Or, if you want to do it the old-fashioned way, here's the URL (and, regardless of how you get there, when you want to return you'll either have to back out all the way to the English side again; or just do the easy thing and go up and click that American flag...lol): https://www.animationsource.org/brisby/fr/
