As her mother kept guard outside their den, little Johari walked over to the large, brown male laying motionless at the corner of the cave with his eyes closed. She went round his head to see his face, and sat down on the ground in front of him.
"Mchumba?" she called quietly, but there was no response. Johari's ears lowered, and she tried to gently nudge his forehead, but again, nothing. Mchumba remained unconcsious, and Johari's green eyes started to water. She felt bad for acting so stubborn and being mean to him, now that he had risked his life to save the lives of Johari and her mother, now all that attitude she had shown earlier was gone, and her only wish was that he would be all right.
"Please wake up... I'm sorry."
I got a bit carried away with details as usual, lol. But this is a scene from an RP me and Sierra are doing, and I think this was one of the sweetest moments of our story, how Johari comes around and warms up to Mchumba as he saves her and Odette from a rogue, getting badly wounded during the fight. I reaaally love rendering these three! Hope you like it, Sierra. ^^
