Name Meaning: 'Gentle' in Swahili
Age: Depends on Use (Shown as Cub)
Siblings: Kibwe, Chiku
Friends: Sudi, Zuberi, Nuru, Open
Other Family: Simba (Grandfather), Nala, Tama (Grandmothers), Kiara (Aunt), Sudi, Zalika (Cousins)
Appearance: She looks very much like her late great-grandmother, Sarabi and is often told so by Simba. However, despite being like Sarabi colour wise, her build is much more like Nala's mother- Sarafina. Her ear rim colour is like her Dad. Her markings are like her mother.
Personality: Dalila, like her name says, is a gentle cub whom hates it when she does things wrong. She is shy, however isn't afraid to tell her brother that what he does is wrong. This greatly hurts Dalila, she is a kind and caring soul; but is very protective over her sister and would do anything to keep her from harm. Even if she has to not tell the adults what Kibwe and Zalika do to Sudi. Having a great love for the other animals of the pridelands, she tends to go off on her own which is how she has become friendly with Sudi behind Kibwe's back- she doesn't like hanging out with the other cubs. She loves going with her father on his patrols, and enjoys hearing of stories by Bunga. She loves to have baths, especially by her mother. She is very close with her mother and loves her a lot. She loves insects too, and enjoys learning about them.
Dalila is the second born of the great Kion, leader of the lion guard, and Tiifu. Growing up she had a great love for insects and her family. She isn't one to hate on anyone, however as time went on her older brother, Kibwe and her cousin, Zalika, began to pick on Prince Sudi. She never knew why, but she joined the group of bullies due to her brother threatening her with her little sisters life. It was a hard time for Dalila, as all she wanted was to tell her father about what Kibwe was doing to poor Sudi.
One day while she was adventuring alone, she encountered Sudi and Zuberi. Over the course of the day she became friends with the two cubs in secret. She never once picked on them after that, and pretended in front of her brother that she was. Dalila is in hopes that one day she will get the courage to tell her father what Kibwe's been up to.
Relation to TLK: Kion and Tiifu's daughter.
