Lady and the Tramp Vintage merchandise
Vintage Japanese figurines
These ceramic figurines are rare vintage items that were produced in Japan back in the 50’s or 60’s. (the dates seem to be unknown) These items are very rare, and each and every one was air bushed by hand and then glazed. These were sold exclusively at the Disney stores and theme parks.
Tramp is 6 ½” high by 3 ½ at the bottom.
Lady is 4” high and 3 ½ at the bottom.
Trusty is 4” tall and 3 ½ at the bottom.
Jock is 3.5" high.
Vintage 1950’s school bag
This is a vintage 1950’s leather school bag. Lady and Tramp is hand painted onto the bag. They're also slightly embossed into the bag. There isn’t much to say about this. I couldn’t find anything on the item.
Lady and the tramp skirt
This skirt was produced back in the mid 1950's. A very rare piece of merchandise... There is no information that I'm aware of on this item. All I can add is that I saw this skirt in a old family photo. This is why I added it. It came to mind while thinking about this article. lol
There have been many stuffed animals made of Lady and the tramp over the years, but this one of Lady (if I remember correctly, I used to have this plush) is supposedly an vintage. I’m unable to find a date or information on this item.
Now this is a rare vintage plush of Tramp. He’s 18” high. Supposedly, according to the web page, this plush is worth $525.
This plush here, that's mine, is 20" high. These were produced in Korea in the 1970's, and were sold in Disney World/Disney Land. This is barely visible on the tush tag. I'm going to guess it was sold in both places. The ears have wire to make them poseable (mine are no longer poseable, the wire is messed up) Though mine is sadly in very poor condition. (it wasn't I who got him there. I found him at a rummage sale in 2005 I believe it was. For only 25 cents in that condidtion) Tramp used to have his hang tag, but something happened to that over the years.
That’s all for now. (=
