why were the Wolves not in the Jungle Book 2

i know the wolves only appeared in the Jungle Book 1 at the beginning raising Mowgli as their own but later had a councal on that Mowgli must leave the pack after that they were not seen again for the rest of the film but why did the Jungle Book 2 not bring them back or have them mentioned

	Awaiting TS Modship

The wolves didn't appear in The Jungle Book 2,because Mowgli returned to The Man Village,and because they were no match for Shere Khan.
