I grew up reading it (my dad had a copy) and I always loved it a
little more than the movies (although I do love the original Disney
movie as well). |

I've read it twice and am working on the third. It's adorable and I
love the style of writing and how it suggests dogs' intelligence.
Lucky is more adventurous and cool in it. It looks like his and
Patch's personalities got switched around in the movies. |
