IMDB has Alan Roberts voicing Kit Cloudkicker in 16 episodes and RJ Williams voicing the character in 12 episodes. Is this correct? And if it is then who did the rest of the episodes?

The rest of the episodes were voiced by RJ Williams, the last episode in which Alan Roberts voiced Kit was A Bad Reflection On You.
The idea Magon had at first was to use Alan Roberts for the whole series, but they changed back to Williams because they had trouble working with Roberts.

I hope I've been helpful. By the way what I said about the trouble with Alan Roberts it's true, in the section of questions made to Jymm Magon it's on this same site there you check it out by yourself.

No. It's the other way around. Alan Roberts only did Kit for nine complete episodes (seven of them were previewed on Disney Channel before it launched in syndication); and parts of A Bad Reflection On You. All other episodes where Kit appears and speaks are done by R.J. Williams (38 complete episode and parts of A Bad Reflection on You). The change was because Ginny McSwain was brought in right around It Came From Beneath The Seaduck (Magon did voice direction before that one) and she didn't feel Roberts had the goods and chose R.J. Williams who had a lot more experience. It was the right decision; while Alan Roberts was actually good in dramatic scenes, he was limited compared to Williams' much wider range of acting. And Roberts cannot laugh to save his life.

Speaking of R.J. Williams, I recently saw him on an episode of Punky Brewster, which aired several years before TaleSpin. He plays a naughty little boy who likes to shave cats. Ah...80s children TV shows. :D

There was an episode of iCarly where the characters shaved teddy bears or stuffed animals. And that's the same episode where Fred Figglehorn debuted on Nickelodeon. To say that it was a disaster was a huge understatement.
