I was wondering if anyone could do the concept designs for the 'Scarlet Macaw' and Jarrett's plane. Drawing planes, vehicles, etc... is not my strong point so... (help?). We'll need to have these designs down to start on the first episode of the pilot.

This can help. post1055127.html#p1055127and the the next "image" message. From my side, I drew some variants of "general planes". I thought about it as "for count" in the airplane scenes.

Archip i think that your design is excellent for the scarlet macaw. I think that Jarett needs a plane without a roof, like the planes the Air Pirates fly. That is why he needs his googles.

Archip, those designs (the attached ones) look great! Opus, 0x7b, Steet, what do you think? Could that design be used for either the Scarlet Macaw or Jarrett's plane? (I like the idea of Jarrett's plane having an open cockpit).
I saw the older designs too (in the other thread). Some of them look a bit jet-like?

And as you saw some of them had more of the WW2 era aircraft inspiration actually but they're already turning jet-like at that point so yeah. Nice designs. Very TaleSpin-esque.

(unless the design does not fit with the story/screenplay, I don't remember it enough to know) Or the "background" planes, as you intended to.
