This is from "Russia : Enchantment of the World"

It actually doesn't talk too much about the Romanovs, and it is rather awfully outdated. (Seeing as they found Maria *or Anastasia* and Alexia's body.)

I want to laugh at that, but because of the terrible tragedy that befell to the real Anastasia and her family, I shall refrain.

Seriously though, don't they check for errors like that before publishing?

Argh... that is just... Someone clearly did not do the research, and it goes back to the misconception that All Animation is Disney. Then again, I've seen other wrong information about a certain wolfdog... er, husky... before in books, so this must be something normal for a lot of animated films that are loosely based on true stories. Shame on the writers for these mistakes though.

Ah, I could not help it with the links, but it's relevant.

Unfortunately.... When exactly was that book written and published? It can't be that outdated, as Anastasia was released in theaters in the late 1997.

2002, but I think in 2000 they found the last two children. Right?

Ah, I'm not sure on the real dates of the findings and stuff, so I wouldn't know. That's probably something I should research on for a future article on the site, as tragic as the true story ended up being.

My bad, '07. But yeah, that makes the book outdated since what its saying *was partly incorrect from before* but now they found new information clearing up what its saying. Anastasia and Alexia's body was found in 2007.

All animated movies out there are created by Disney, am I right? -.- I thought they checked for mistakes like that, heh. (It goes right with some of the books I've seen swearing that Balto was really a wolf dog. :\) Guess research takes to much time now. :[
