This isn't exactly Spirit related, but I need a little bit of help with a drawing I'm working on. I don't draw horses a lot, so my skills on drawing them aren't the greatest.

Suggestions?

Maybe the top of the neck (near the head) could be a little thinner, and the ears a bit rounder, but apart from that, brill work, nice style (:

Other than what Gums said about the neck and the one ear (left I believe), maybe give the back more of a low curve at the base of the withers, and show said withers more?

DeviantART has some nice anatomy drawings if you're ever in need: http://www.deviantart.com/browse/all/?q ... se+anatomy

The main problems seems to be the neck, it's too thick.
Here are some good stock galleries with plenty of horse pictures. Good for drawing references:

And here's a photo with similar pose that you drew - http://fav.me/d7redrz

Feel free to redline if you want. I will note that this is a Clydesdale.

Thanks, but I don't need help on this drawing anymore.

A mod can lock this since I have since completed the drawing.
