I had been struggling with a bad back all year when I crashed into an icy beach last January and dislocated my lower back. I can only spend 50 good minutes in it before it starts to hurt and I'll have to step back to finish my rides. I can drive as many hours as I need, but it's gone with 50 minutes of knocking. So today I went to a recommended guy with deep tissue, and he worked so hard on my back and buttocks that I "tapped" them on the table. The premise is to destroy the scar tissue, and he might as well cut it out the way it hurt. He says I'm going to be in pain tomorrow, and I'm feeling pretty good right now. He also started working on the muscles responsible for my chondromalacia in my left knee. By the way, he let my lumbar muscle get the better of him, and I think I found a new kind of torture-I confessed to something I never did!! Does anyone do this and feel like it works?
What about the knee, can chondromalacia be treated without surgery, or are this stretching and manipulation a common treatment?

Back massage is primarily needed to relieve stress and pain in problem areas: in the neck, lower back, chest. Our hectic and dynamic life affects our back with great overloads. Back massage is just the perfect way to help relieve tension in the back and relieve us from stress. Therefore, it is very important to be sure that the specialist has the necessary qualifications and experience. And for this, it is important to choose the right massage room. For example, I love massage and very often go to it in the company of 대전출장안마 .
