I was, and still am constantly inspired by Balto. I loved it in particular because in ways I relate to our main character Balto. He never fit in just right. I didn't start to fit in until middle school. Anyway, His story motivated me to do so many things. This movie I couldn't walk away from, so Mom, chores will have to wait!
The moral I get from this movie is that you should follow your heart, and do what's right. (Even if it means talking to your nemisis.) I've had a lot of problems with that, so... yeah. The movie did help though. There are many challenges in my life, from Anxiety to Depression, and even Tourettes. (If you are wondering what that is, it's a disorder where you make a random movement or verbal expression and can't control it.) The movie goes through Balto's challenges and he conquers a lot of them. Even though he can't get rid of some of his challenges, (like I can't get rid of most of mine) he will still power through them no matter what the cost.
I also really like the soundtrack. So inspirational. I can't get over the track "Heritage of the Wolf." Too inspirational...I also enjoyed the animation's classic style.
In conclusion, I would and do recommend the movie Balto to anyone and everyone. But here in our world, we already know that.
