Umm, This is really strange. On comments for Fan Fics/Fanart/ and the Shout Box if you click the <-- arrow on the left side of your screen to go back to the gallery/ shout box it Double posts your message /comment.

I will add a protection against this, but this is the normal way on
the web : the information you posted are kept with the page itself, so
when you go back the previous page, it does exactly the same things.
You can encounter this "problem" on many sites. Firefox warns you when
you do this.
