Greetings! I'm curious sir, what was the frame rate used in talespin? Did you use the 24 frames per second or was it the minimum 15 frames per second or somewhere between?

Animation on film is 24 fps. Disney TV animation was usually animated on 2's or 3's, I think (2 or 3 frames of film per drawing).
