Did you notice the "NEW" icons appearing sometimes on the left menu?

Well, this is to indicate when there is a new content in the associated section. But, even more precise, it's a personal one, just like it works to indicate new topics on the forums (ex : when there are new fanarts submitted, you will see a "NEW" in the menu; when you will have entered the section, the "NEW" will disappear until there's new content again - you'll need to be registered and connected in order for this work)

Why adding this? Because this way you'll be enclined to check all the sections of the site, including ones that you rarely check because you believe there is never anything "fresh" in them. (like the "videos", "musics" and "projects", for example) This will be even more important when we'll have contributors on the info / multimedia / articles pages on the sites, which are currently rarely checked.

As soon as a new page or article will be posted, you'll know it!

The old system for counting the visitors on each page, was starting to bother me. I tried to make it sophisticated, not counting the same visitor twice, so as to get "reliable" results. Problem is, it never really worked correctly - many times, after one week, the counter would reset itself. I tried to, but never got around to fix that problem.

So I have changed it to a much simpler one, just like how it works on the forums : it now counts each visit. (so it's now page views like Deviantart for example, and not a number of visitors) Less precise, but at least it WORKS!

I have also taken the time to add such counters where it was missing : news, info pages, etc...

I know, these changes were probably not the highest priorities, but I just had to do them. Now I will probably focus on the newest sites maintenance (getting contributors, organizing, giving tasks, webranking etc...)
