Several other songs were planned for the film; in fact, all the songs originally planned were eventually cut out, with the exception of "The Bare Necessities", as they were deemed too dark. The songs were:
"Brothers All", "The Song of the Seoneee", "Monkey See, Monkey Do", "I Knew I Belonged to Her", "In a Day's Work", and "The Mighty Hunters".
