Welcome to How to Train Your Dragon Source. It snows nine months out of the year, and hails the other three. What little food grows here is tough and tasteless. It's twelve days north of Hopeless and a few degrees south of Freezing to Death. It's located solidly on the Meridian of Misery. The only upsides are the pets. While other places have ponies, or parrots... we have dragons.
How to Train Your Dragon Source proudly focuses on the 2010 film from DreamWorks Animation: How to Train Your Dragon, along with its soon-to-come sequel. The film follows a young Viking named Hiccup, who befriends a dragon he dubs Toothless. Even though Hiccup has grown up seeing dragons as dangerous and evil, he quickly grows to be Toothless's friend. Is it possible that dragons really aren't all that bad? But how could he face his village--including a cute girl named Astrid and his father Stoick--with this news?
The film was a box-office success, and has been promised at least one sequel and a TV series.
This cool video game project on "indiegogo" (a similar site to kickstarter) has just been funded, but as it's still running for a day, I thought some of you might be interested into it!

10 commentsOn April 18, 1983, 30 years ago today, The Disney Channel began broadcasting all over the world. In the last 30 years, it has aired numerous Disney movies, television series, and everything in-between. If you were born anytime after that date, chances are you watched Disney Channel a LOT growing up. It's awesome to see such a milestone from the company, considering their original reliance on ABC to broadcast their content. (They now own ABC. Coincidence?)
