I just wanted to find out who she is because I've never herd of her and if she is an official character shouldn't she be on the characters list?

She is a character from the episode "DeVil-Age Elder," where the pups and the Dearlys stumble upon a cursed town called De Vil Ville, that appears once every like... thousand years or something. She has a Scottish accent, and Lucky appears to be under a spell that causes him to fall in love with her. But at the end when the curse is broken, he still wants her to go with him. She can't because when the town disappears, she does too.

She did have a character page on here, but it got deleted for some reason. Thanks for reminding me though, I need to create her again.
