Ever thought that, Robin Hood is more or less an anthro version of Todd from 'Fox and the Hound'? Not so much because they were drawn the same way, and look kinda the same, but Todd probably feels like a teenage Robin Hood still trying to make sense of the world around him?

Whenever I watch Robin Hood I'm constantly reminded of Todd from Fox and the Hound. You're definitely right about the looks and somewhat the personality. Not to mention I've also grown up with Fox and the Hound and not Robin Hood, so it's an instinct to think of Todd. It'd probably be the same way vice-versa, someone who grew up with Robin Hood may possibly feel that Todd reminds them of Robin Hood himself.

I noticed and thought about it, but when watching both movies,
I think their personalities and what not are different enough that I don't really think anything of it.
It's just Todd in Fox and the Hound, and Robin in Robin Hood.
